My garage door suddenly stopped opening after I enrolled a new wireless keypad. I knew it had to be related, but all of my troubleshooting steps proved ineffective. I reached out to Sky Castle Garage Doors for help. Eric called me back and offered to walk me through reprogramming the opening and closing parameters inside the opener, as he suspected that was the culprit. Sure enough - within 5 minutes of Eric's call, my opener was back to normal operation again! He didn't try to sell me a service call or anything I didn't need, in fact I didn't get charged at all for this service. Kudos to Eric for being not only a fantastic garage technician, but also an all-around stellar customer service representative! Thank you! ~ Brandon B

Sky Castle came to my rescue! After backing up into my garage door yesterday, I couldn’t close my door. Sky Castle was the fourth company I called after the first three said they couldn’t come the same day. I just needed to get the door down for safety reasons. The customer service I experienced from the get go was wonderful. Eric was at my house in one hour and was able to close the door. He took the time to tell me my options, made some calls and was able to replace my door this morning while a big snowstorm was beginning! Eric was very professional and did a great job! Sky Castle was great! The representative, was professional, extremely polite, and explained everything to me. I paid $200 to another company that said nothing was wrong with my opener and just serviced it and I had problems. Sky Castle came and replaced the opener and even made modifications to ensure it would work properly, something the other guy overlooked. Not only that but the price was unbeatable. Sky Castle was 50% less than other companies. Plus they are part of Team Dave Logan and I've always had great experiences with companies on that list. Came out same day for lifetime warranty issue. Fixed in 20 mins max. Had an issue after accidentally bumping into garage. Eric came out the next day, looked at it. He did a quick fix to help and will be coming back to fix it completely after ordering parts. I highly recommend using them. I couldn’t be more impressed. Additionally, when I had the garage door installed I shopped around and got multiple quotes. I was the most impressed with the value, warranty, and honesty with options. Very honest, professional, and on time most of all they did not try and to rip us off. Eric, took his time and gave a full inspection on my door. He lubed the springs, door, and rails, adjusted my timing so the garage door opens/shuts where it should be. When I mentioned I did not touch any of the buttons on the wall unit, he took his time and explained what each function did and showed me how easy it was to use them if I choose. ALL FREE OF CHARGE! No gimmicks with this company just like the commercial stated. This is the third time I’ve contacted Sky Castle Garage Doors and my inquiry was again responded to AND fixed on the same day! Eric was the one to answer the service call; It's worth mentioning that is was his birthday and he still managed to make it happen. Eric was awesome! I had a door spring break over the weekend, and was trying to get quotes from different businesses when I came across Sky Castle. I filled out an online form and Eric called me within a few hours of me doing that. He didn't hesitate to give me a quote over the phone and was straight forward with what my options were. He pointed out an issue and told me what to watch for in the future but didn't push me to buy more services from him right away. He was fast, efficient and easy going. My neighbor recommended Sky Castle when my garage door was not closing. Eric came within an hour and completed a tune-up, which seemed to solve the problem. But, the next day the same issue happened again. Eric came out within a few hours and concluded that the motor needed to be replaced. It was not sending the signal to the remote. I feel more secure now that my garage door is working correctly and Eric completed the work the next day within an hour. Great job. Eric is also such a nice guy. I've called on Sky Castle a couple of times. They responded immediately and came at their first opportunity. The first time, I needed new springs. This time, for some reason, the door would start to shut and then open again. Eric was here in less than 20 minutes, took a look. Lubed the tracks, reprogrammed and had it working again in just a few minutes. The first time they work for you, they will put a sticker on the wall right by the button. 2026 - back gate of SUV scraped door. Thought sounded different. To be sure no warping of chain track Eric came out and inspected. All good but needed a lube. Thanks Eric! Great as usual. Bought our house last year.. Our garage door is old and bottom seal unusual shape. Skycastle came out and evaluated, found bottom seal and ordered. Eric just replace bottom garage door seal and outside top n side seals. Now door is properly sealed! Love the wood trim with rubber seals for top n bottom outside. We signed up for the free May tuneup I saw posted in a local Facebook group. Our door is nearing the end of its life and we want to have a garage door expert we know and trust for when we're ready to buy, as well as tune it up. The appointment was super helpful! Eric checked all the usual maintenance things and made some adjustments. More importantly, he identified some easy and affordable things to do to extend the life of the door. I had my garage doors installed a little over a year ago by Sky Castle and started making noises called a set up appointment Nick came out and did a great job fixing our door and adjusting everything to run smoothly and quietly showed me a feature on my opener I never knew I had. So amazing…can’t say enough good things about them. I put in a request on their website to have someone come take a look at my opener that wasn’t opening! I got a text from Eric immediately that he’d be out, like right then! I was so happy, 😀 I thought we’d have to go without a functioning garage for a while. My garage door wouldn't open when I got home. One of the springs had snapped. I contacted Sky Castle Garage Doors that night and the next morning they had someone out there to fix it. Eric was great! He immediately knew how to fix the issue and he was very fast in doing so. I wasn't even late to work! And huge bonus points to him, it was trash day and my cans were stuck inside. Our garage door broke at 3:30PM with our cars inside. I searched for a garage repair service in Erie and found Sky Castle Garage Doors. They had Eric come out and he was so friendly and fast. By 7Pm not only was our door spring replaced but he performed maintenance and replaced all the wheels. I was referred by my son-in-law whom had a garage door replacement. I submitted a quote request, they responded in less than 10 mins, I explained the problem, they offered to have Daniel come look at it that afternoon. We did a spring conversion on the door the next day and I was up and running. Not often do you fix the problem that fast. I am so thankful for Eric and the team at Sky Castle. One of my garage doors was bent out of shape and had been limping along for a year and a half before finally biting the dust. Replacement quotes were all over the place, and most companies wanted me to replace both of my doors (even though the other one was still working perfectly fine) after taking 20+ minutes to do an evaluation. Eric took one look at the door, told me it needed replacement, assured me I didn't need the other one replaced, gave me the best quote of all the companies I spoke to, and then did excellent work on the installation itself. I felt like he respected my time and respected me more than any of the others did. I will gladly recommend them to anyone who asks about garage door repairs. That said...I would avoid the company that Sky Castle recommends for painting services. They did not do a good job and we had to touch up the doors ourselves. I guess you can't have everything. That's not a mark against Sky Castle though since they're not responsible for another company's work. ~ Sam W
